Grade: First Grade Clay Cupcakes
Materials: Air dry clay, clay tools, tempera paints
Key Objectives: Pinch Pot methods, "scratch and dab" (clay velcro to attach clay on clay)
  Grade: First Grade African Mask Design
  Materials: Cut paper, scissors, pencil, crayons, glue sticks
  Key Objectives: Study of African Masks, Elongated features, Symmetry,  drafting sketches and planning, creating a symmetrical design


    Grade: Kindergarten Ghost Trees
    Materials: Blue paper, white, blue, purple oil pastels, scissors, glue stick

    Key Objectives: Cool colors used for "mysterious" feeling, wavy lines, oil  pastel blending, collage
 Grade:Kindergarten Self Portraits
 Materials: Paper, multicultural crayons, colored pencil, pencil, sharpie, scissors, glue stick
 Key Objectives: Study and practice of facial features (simple shapes), reflection on our self, eye color, hair color etc. and applying that to our art.  Craftsmanship - taking care in selecting and applying color
 Grade: Kindergarten Pop Art Pizza
 Materials: Paper, scissors, pencil, black marker, crayons, staples and tissues
 Key Objectives: Sculpture, a study in 3-D art making, lines and shapes, cutting
 Grade: Kindergarten and First Grade Cool Color Clovers
 Materials: White paper, pencil, oil pastel, black crayon, washable markers in cool colors, water and brush

 Key Objectives: Mixed media, oval shapes to create clover leaves, blending with oil pastel, creating contrast with dark outline, study of cool colors (blue, green and purple)
