Student: Grace Whitten
Kindergarten
This project is a study of the landscape in
winter. We discussed the term
landscape, and horizon line (the line that
separates ground from sky). After setting
our scene, we learned about foreground
and background. Objects that are drawn
BIG and near the bottom are in the
foreground, and items that are drawn
small and near the horizon line are in the
background. Grace earned this honor
because of her consistent effort and
creativity in the art room.
